Program Features:

• ACOEM members receive special pricing and simplified application process.
• Available for ACOEM members seeking coverage for their occupational and environmental medical services.
• Coverage includes Contingent BI/PD Coverage.
• Coverage is provided for services which include Broad definition of Managed Care Services.
• Basic services include: IME's, Expert Witnessing, Records Review, and Case Management as either primary occupation or side endeavor.
• The expanded coverage for Corporate Medical Directors includes the basic coverage services and also includes: establishing occupational and environmental health and well ness policy as either an IC or employee.
• Special enhancement is available to cover limited medical care, treatment and/or prescriptions such as prescribing of antibiotics for foreign travel and work-related physicals.

Program Qualifications:

Licensed as an M.D. or D. O. with license in good standing.
No prior medical professional claims.
No employees other than clerical/administrative
No direct patient care in excess of 15% of total services as a corporate medical doctor
No prescriptions as a corporate medical director of FDA Schedule I, II or III drugs
Primary medical professional liability coverage with limits of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 or
warranty that there is no direct patient care other than what is expected as a medical director.
